For the last 15 years, Manex has been helping people through Human Design, offering personal and business coaching, relationship guidance, personal healing & optimization.

Founded in the 1980s, the Human Design System is a synthesis of several ancient mystical traditions: Western astrology, the 64 hexagrams of the I’ching, The Kabbalah Tree of Life and the Hindu-Brahmin Chakra Model in addition to modern science and genetics.

Plugging in your date, time and place of birth, Human Design blends these systems to show you your unique energetic ‘bodygraph’. Each person’s chart is uniquely individual and shows your Strategy (optimal method of relating to the world) and Authority (where your power for decision making comes from).

It also places you into one of four distinct types of human being, which are each distinguished by their unique aura (electro-magnetic frequency). These are the manifestor, generator, projector and reflector.

In this amazing conversation, a continuation of our first last year, we spoke about the energy body as a collection of frequencies (expressed through your chakras) and how consciously modifying these frequencies can create dramatic shifts in your perception and therefore actions in life.

We went deep into the energetics of the body, expressed through the 9 chakras that are seen using the Human Design system, and spoke about how each of these colour the way the we see the world.
