The Talk
Jamie Catto is a rare breed of individual.
Starting life as a founding member of the DJ supergroup Faithless, he left to form the TV and film production company 1 Giant Leap which became double Grammy nominated for its films exploring interconnectedness and community around the world.
Following his experience there he really started to look deeply into what it is that can hold people back from living out their full potential in life.
Now he dedicates himself to running workshops that help people let go of their limiting beliefs and use playfulness and fun to unleash their full creative potential. As he likes to say, turn your ‘enemies into your employees’.
In this talk we went deep into learning where our fears come from, why they actually help us, and how we can transform them to enrich our lives.
Jamie runs workshops through the year which you can check out on his site at: www.jamiecatto.com
